At the foot of Pérouges, in a former 16th century mill, 3-star apartment, comfortable 65 m², with living room, kitchen and two large independent bedrooms, each with bathroom. A quiet weekend 400m from the medieval city.
The restoration was carried out with quality materials, respecting the architecture of the place, a mixture of old stones and modernity which invites you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
The apartment, 65m² in duplex, has a kitchen-dining room, and two large single bedrooms, each with an independent bathroom, which allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in complete privacy.
Each of the rooms is equipped with a TV, and the house has efficient WIFI.
The accommodation also has a convertible sofa offering two additional beds if necessary.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. It will allow you to spend convivial moments.
The building's huge garden is accessible and offers a football field with handball cages, a basketball hoop, access to the Longevent stream, and a large garden furniture for a relaxed vacation.
A Weber gas barbecue is available with a table for moments of sharing outdoors.
To benefit from more space, it is possible to rent the Moulin apartment (55 m²), classified 4 stars, with 4 beds. Composed of a large living room with a comfortable bed and a bunk bed, kitchen area, bathroom and terrace, it is ideal for a family with children.
The accommodation is particularly appreciated in summer due to its freshness.
With its possibility of closed parking, the cottage is suitable for hosting old cars and motorcycles.
