Castle built from the 12th century by the Lords of Coligny, it was remodeled in the 15th and enlarged in the 19th century. Birthplace of Dukes Philibert II and Charles III of Savoy, the castel was the favorite residence of Duke Philippe II, known as "landless".
It is located in the heart of a pretty park freely accessible all year round. A belvedere offering a nice view of the Ain river flowing at its feet and a charming medieval garden will enhance your visit.
A wandering book box is also located in the heart of the pretty park not far from the simple garden.
Listed elements: library, boudoir, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dungeon, courtroom, facades and roofs.
