The village of Seillonnaz is built between two wooded valleys where many streams flow. A setting conducive to lovely walks. A cultural heritage dots the area. The churches
We will linger in front of the Château de la Serraz (private property), one of the rare examples of feudal architecture remaining in the region. You may come across the Black Lady of La Serraz, ghostly inhabitant of the place...
The population is divided between the village, around the church and the town hall, and two hamlets: Crept and Chosaz. Going to Crept, you will discover on a background of hillsides of vineyards, houses with beautiful roofs, a small chapel, a lime tree giving a pleasant shade and a fountain from which flows abundant and fresh water.
