The GR® de Pays "Tour du Pays de Lhuis et d'izieu" forms a loop that runs through the heights of southern Bugey before skirting the Rhône. This route allows you to discover many typical Bugiste villages and hamlets.
Departing from Serrières-de-Briord, this GRP® traverses the heights of Calvaire de Portes (1 m), Mollard de Don (029 m) and Tentanet (1217 m), descends to the shores of the lakes of Conzieu , visit the home of the Children of Izieu and its painful history, walk along the banks of the Rhône near Evieu, and travel through the villages and hamlets of Bugistes, near Lhuis and Montagnieu.

Stage 3: from Veyrin to Les Sables (4h30 walk)
