The vines are located in the communes of Saint Sorlin en Bugey and Lagnieu, on different terroirs, with some on hillsides reaching 60% slope in places. Vinification is done without adding sulphite, in a natural way.
The range of wines offered is quite vast: white, red, rosé, sparkling white using the traditional method, sparkling rosé using the ancestral method and a 100% Mondeuse rosé Pet' Nat.
