Reduced mobility adaptation
For 15 years, yogurts, cottage cheese and whipped cream cheese have been made here in an artisanal way. At the counter: individual cheeses, including the very local "Ramequin du Bugey", as well as charcuterie, poultry and ready-to-eat gourmet platters.
La Laiterie la Côtière has 38 people, 10 professions, across 5 sales locations and 2 manufacturing workshops!
Throughout the year and depending on the seasons, we offer you nearly 400 cheese references.

We are manufacturers of yogurts, faitselles, beaten white cheese and “Ramequin du Bugey”.
From udder to pot, we have chosen local: raw materials, packaging, manufacturing locations and recipes.
Everything is done with authenticity and respect for the products. Traditional recipes use whole milk, with slow pasteurization in vats to preserve the taste of milk from Ain farms.
The molding of the faireselles is carried out by hand, in two distinct stages, to provide the softness and firmness so appreciated by gourmands.
The specialty of the place? “Fruit yogurt” since 1978, a firm yogurt generously topped with fruit coulis, a real signature product!
And there is also the famous Ramequin, a small cheese with a strong character, typical of Bugey, which is only eaten melted.
Available for sale in a traditional roll, and also in a grated version, ready to melt for greater ease.
The Dairy's products have received 21 medals at the Concours Général Agricole and Concours International de Lyon since 2013! All its products are certified “Saveurs de l’Ain”, and the “Ramequin du Bugey” is certified “my region, its terroirs”.
For all your private or professional occasions, cheese or charcuterie platters, sliced raclette or grated cheese fondue await you on simple order.
The shop offers express and refrigerated delivery in mainland France, by ordering from the merchant site.
