The farm is located on the Bugey mountains, it has a breeding of 100 Montbéliarde dairy cows. Emily makes yoghurts, tome, bleu cheese, the famous Bugey Ramequin cheese, a real local specialty. Direct sale at the farm.
She happily explains the manufacturing processes to curious visitors.
The products produced are made from raw milk, respecting ancestral flavors and traditions. Emily is campaigning for the revival of the local specialty "Farmer's Ramequin": a 0% fat cheese, from Saint Rambert en Bugey, a true experience for the senses!
