In the small cheese factory adjoining the farm, Emily, the manager, a self-taught cheese enthusiast, makes Tome d'Arandas, Bleu d'Indrieux, yogurts, cream and the famous Ramequin cheese every morning.
She happily explains the manufacturing processes to curious visitors.
The products produced are made from raw milk, respecting ancestral flavors and traditions. Emily is campaigning for the revival of the local specialty "Farmer's Ramequin": a 0% fat cheese, from Saint Rambert en Bugey, a true experience for the senses!
Sale of fromage blanc, tome d'Arandas, Bleu d'Indrieux cream, yogurts and farmhouse ramekin at collective points of sale and directly on the farm.
