Anne-Sophie is a professional beekeeper. She has been working for around ten years, with 150 to 200 colonies of sedentary bees in Ain, to produce local honey and royal jelly, while respecting the environment and biodiversity.

Certified in organic farming since 2021, Anne-Sophie collaborates with her bees, in their interests and with respect for nature and its rhythms, to produce different local honeys: acacia, all spring and summer flowers, lime, chestnut and forest.
It is also one of the only producers of royal jelly in the department, labeled GRF (Gelée Royale de France).
