Parking
Guillaume is a producer of small red fruits, orchard fruits and beekeeper. In his laboratory on the farm, he transforms his harvest in the traditional way, in a copper basin: jams, jellies, coulis, fruit jellies, vinegars.
Guillaume is also a beekeeper. The bees gather good spring flowers on the fruit plots, and are moved as the flowers bloom: acacia, linden, forest, mountain then marsh.
Animated tasting tours at the farm are offered for school groups, associations, Works Councils but also at home by reservation.
Possibility of stays discovery of the exploitation with picking, transformation of the fruits according to the traditional receipts, lodging in room of hosts and meal on the spot.
Processed fruits are also present in local stores (Patur'ain in Château Gaillard, Saveurs Paysannes in Crémieu and Bocal in Saint Sorlin en Bugey) or on event markets.
