Sylvain cultivates high quality artisanal saffron, harvested and packaged by hand. The red gold pistils will flavor desserts and savory creations. While syrups, oils or saffron jellies will add a touch of originality to your meals.
To taste it, just order pistils or saffron products on their very pretty website or directly (email or telephone), go to the Lagnieu market or even at partner points of sale: Chez Garçon, in Saint-Sorlin and at the Cave de Lagnieu.
You can also find Sylvain's saffron in the dishes and desserts prepared by the cooks of Georges Blanc in Vonnas, or Place Bernard in Bourg-en-Bresse.
We really like: being able to order crocus bulbs directly, to offer or embellish the garden, the original products from the shop (oil, jelly, jams...), perfect for original gifts all year round or to surprise the guests! Special mention to all the neat and creative visual communication.
Psst, it is also said that red gold has many virtues, from anti-depression treatment to hyperactivity... Who knows?
