Luc Bauer asserts his attachment to the terroir of Bugey. Its wines reflect this in their production as well as in their taste. In a "haute-couture" approach, all the work is manual and the production, in addition to being organic, is biodynamically managed.
Even though his wines are present on great tables internationally, Luc Bauer remains passionate and in love with his terroir who will explain to you his authentic methods, and the great principles of biodynamics, between common sense and gentle "witchcraft".
