From Perouges to Bugey

Naray goat farm

From the pastures to the plate, that's the motto! Here, the animals graze on naturally fertilized meadows giving, over the seasons, a variety of fragrant cheeses. Between craftsmanship and traditional know-how, taste the authenticity!

In Lhuis, a preserved village in the heart of Bas Bugey, there is a farm with a family atmosphere in which the animals evolve over 36 hectares. Walking the steep paths of the countryside, they feed on brush and naturally fertilized flower meadows.

In this setting attached to the respect of nature and the living, goats and cows rub shoulders with other animals of yesteryear: no raw material is lost, everything is transformed! At the Naray farm, it is a question of preserving artisanal production while respecting traditional know-how.

This is why the varied range of cheeses is flavored over the course and the seasons, from primrose to juniper! Natural cheeses (dry, semi-dry, creamy and fresh), goat cheese, pepper cheese, shallots, garlic/parsley, chives, Provencal herbs, walnuts, marc or even cottage cheese…
