Since 2018, the Saveurs de l'Ain label has rewarded restaurants, producers and food businesses promoting the department's emblematic products.

La gastronomy of Lyon no longer needs to be presented. But his neighbor Ain also counts a number of local specialties and products. What a gourmet destination ! A brief overview of a succulent labeled range "Flavours of Ain®", to be enjoyed everywhere from Pérouges to Bugey.

Dombes side : carp and frogs. Bresse side : Poultry and Bleu de Bresse. Bugey side : Farm ramekin (cheese) & AOC Bugey wines. While markets, shops and restaurants also offer snails and craft beers.

Ain Tourism awards the label Flavors of Ain® since 2018. The Perouges cake received the label in the first year.
