Among our specialties to taste:
- Le Bugey ramekin : small cheese, big character, made in Saint-Rambert-en-Bugey.
- The Bugey wines*: Roussette, Altesse and sparkling wines like Montagnieu delight your palate.
- La Perouges cake : crispy sugar tart cooked over a wood fire, to be tasted while strolling the Medieval city of Perouges.
