A friendly address to feast on local specialities: chicken leg confit Henri IV style, hot pistachio sausage, duck leg confit with orange... You can't miss the Pérougeoise, a potato gratin with Bleu de Bresse and its minced chicken. The house also offers a vegetarian dish: cappelacci stuffed with forest sauce...

For a snack break, tasting of Galette de Pérouges, a village speciality, with its Cerdon wine or homemade Hypocras will delight the sweet taste buds.
