Nicolas's biscuits have received the Saveurs de l'Ain label. Attached to his terroir, Nicolas even offers a savory tile with a ramekin of Bugey, a typical cheese from the village of St-Rambert-en-Bugey, in collaboration with the Gaec du Perce-Neige. The high-quality chocolate comes from the Valrhôna chocolate factory and all the ingredients are locally sourced.
