Depending on the period, the various canyons of the Bugey massif are your aquatic play area less than an hour from Lyon.

A half-day outdoor activity, ideal for groups with friends, celebrating an event, for a birthday or simply as a family with your teenagers over 14 (other formulas exist for the little ones).
All technical difficulties (jumps, etc.) can be circumvented if the practitioner does not wish to try.
The technical equipment necessary for the activity is provided: neoprene suit, helmet and harness. You must bring sports shoes for the activity, inquire at registration.

Home supplement

Knowing how to swim is imperative!
