On these courses suitable for beginners of all ages, everything is done to ensure that things go well with the sensations at the rendezvous. Jumps, slides and rappels can be bypassed by the river if needed.
In this initiation, Sébastien takes you to the heart of the canyons of Chaley (Albarine), Trefond-Pernaz (Calvaire de Porte sector) or Rhéby (Villebois sector).
It is essential to equip yourself with lace-up sneakers, a swimsuit and a towel.
