Large route climbing of the south-east wall of the Narse rock dominating the Albarine Valley. A course to put into practice the different techniques specific to the long route. Intended for beginners in climbing to deepen their practice.

Practicing multi-pitch climbing requires special techniques that you will discover during this activity. You will start the day by discovering the techniques of making belays on the wall, then the objective will be to cover a multi-pitch route of more than 4 to 5 lengths of rope for the day. The descent of the routes is done either by abseiling or on foot.

The technical level required: evolve in the lead in school cliff or in SAE in a rating of 5c.
You will need to provide your own climbing equipment: helmet, harness, carabiners and slippers.
It is possible to lend you equipment, inquire when booking.
This day can be supplemented by a course of several days towards autonomy on multi-pitch routes.

Home supplement

Equipment to bring: climbing shoes, personal climbing equipment (harness, helmet, descender, dynamic lanyard, 2 safety carabiners), 1 20-litre backpack (1,5 litres of water per person + a sweet snack for the route).
