This evening, Mr. Marius Cote is absent. His butler has the honor of welcoming you for an exclusive tour of the castle. As a well-informed guest, the evening will begin with a tasting of dishes typical of this mid-19th century, before a tour of the private apartments.
Attentive to the smallest detail, after a passage through the kitchens and an appetizer in the guard room, the butler will guide the guests to the assault of the stairs of the keep, with stops in the library, the bedroom or the chapel. He will reveal the secrets of these walls with a somewhat outdated atmosphere...
On the menu of the festivities: A menu inspired by Jules Gouffé, cook of Napoleon III (pardon the little).
- Poultry, mushroom or vegetable bites (artichoke) / Fruit or almond tarts.
- All washed down with a small glass* of absinthe or Quinquina, very fashionable drinks in the middle of the 19th century
