The adventure of this bakery began when two friends, Bastien and Nirvân, met in Thailand during their respective round the world trip in 2015. Once back in France, Bastien helped Nirvân to set up his pure sourdough organic bakery project in 2017, and work there.
When visiting Saint-Sorlin, you will fall in love with the village, its character and its history! It's decided, they want to set up their project here.
The result ? 100% homemade, original recipes and love for the profession, which make it an essential place.
This is how Bastien and his fine little team give birth every day to handmade pure-butter pastries.
It's also the right place to drink a coffee or have a salty snack for your walks or during your gourmet picnics overlooking the local panorama.
The bakery's delicatessen offers local products to allow you to leave with a souvenir or a gourmet gift from the area: artisanal honeys, teas & coffees, local wines and even the bakery's beer made from bread, created in partnership with the l'Étincelle brewery (Nantua - Ain).
