Established since 2017, the Tatup Bakery campaigns to offer an economically viable model by proving that zero waste, eco-responsibility and the principles of a better society must start in businesses. Sales prices have not changed since 2017!

Here, production starts at midnight starting from scratch every day. Respect for the customer is at the heart of concerns with a proposition that combines health and delight. Everything comes from recipes created on site, and offers, over the years, a developed range of plant-based snacks and sourdough bread, as well as gourmet low-glycemic pastries. Everything is cooked over a wood fire.

What's worth the detour: Patoune, unique in the world, is a delicious pastry, a sort of turnover made from bread dough, with chocolate, which here replaces the usual croissants and pain au chocolat.
