During the week, the restaurant offers a lunch menu based on a selection of regional dishes, and at the weekend a complete menu that can be described as regional-modern.
To rediscover the famous bugiste ramekin as a starter, taste the meats of Arandas or sample local cheeses, you've come to the right place!
With family or friends, by reservation, it is possible to enjoy a "Ramequin" formula (fondue, diots, potatoes, salad and dessert).
On request when booking, the owners adapt to all food allergies and restrictions.
