The communal ovens, whose upkeep has long been left to the inhabitants of each district, are an integral part of the Bugiste heritage. In the past justice was done before one of them.
Perfectly restored and maintained, they allow you to discover their typical architecture as well as the instruments used for cooking (fourchon, saddle, shovel to take out the oven)....
Once a year, all the ovens work together to make local specialties on the occasion of the great festival of the ovens of Ordonnaz.
