This family farm in Dombes, in Organic Agriculture, cultivates the cereals which produce the flours, which are used to make bread in a traditional oven. Seeds grown on the farm create oil, bottled on site
These flours are then used to make different country breads, in a traditional wood-fired oven. A beautiful local and organic loop. The family also grows sunflower and rapeseed seeds, pressed at the Beaujolais oil mill, and bottled on the farm.
All the farm's products are sold on site: flours (wheat, rye, buckwheat), sourdough breads, brioches, sandwich bread, shortbread, organic pizza...
