Farm at Bon St Eloi

This family farm in Dombes, in Organic Agriculture, cultivates the cereals which produce the flours, which are used to make bread in a traditional oven. Seeds grown on the farm create oil, bottled on site

On a typical Dombes farm, the family grows wheat, spelled, rye and even buckwheat on 37 hectares. The cereals are transformed into flour with the farm's stone mill (Astrié type).

These flours are then used to make different country breads, in a traditional wood-fired oven. A beautiful local and organic loop. The family also grows sunflower and rapeseed seeds, pressed at the Beaujolais oil mill, and bottled on the farm.

All the farm's products are sold on site: flours (wheat, rye, buckwheat), sourdough breads, brioches, sandwich bread, shortbread, organic pizza...
