House of character, at the foot of the Bugey mountains, in the charming little wine village of Lhuis. The house is located in a hamlet 3 km from the heart of the village where you will find all the amenities (bakery, butcher, grocery store and a bar/restaurant). The 3mx5m private swimming pool is heated and covered by a safety curtain. The house can accommodate 8 people, it includes: - on the ground floor: living room/equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with fireplace. - on the first level, level access to the dry stone terrace garden with 2 bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 beds) - shower room - separate WC, - on the second level 1 large bedroom with 2 sleeping areas and games 2 beds 90x200 each - bathroom - separate WC. Sheets and towels provided - By default the beds will be made in 90, you can ask me to combine the beds to have beds in 180. Remember to tell me! Cleaning fee: €60 You will be surrounded by greenery (the back of the house is in the woods, with a swing for children). Many hiking trails start from the village. You can also discover our AOC Bugey organic wines and our organic grape juices, but also take a walk among our vineyards overlooking the Rhône where you will have a magnificent view of the Isère. Many medieval villages surround us, such as Crémieu or Pérouges but also Morestel known for its city of painters. 10 minutes from the Walibi Rhône-Alpes amusement park, 20 minutes from the La Vallée Bleue water sports center. You will be 1 hour from Lyon, 45 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, 45 minutes from Chambéry, 1 hour from Geneva and only 1h30 from the first ski resorts in the Alps.
