Having then belonged to an individual, this building was bought by the municipality in order to renovate and preserve the local historical heritage. Restored in 2013, the site offers walkers a panoramic view of the city, the hillock of the castle, the coast and the Plaine de l'Ain.
The frescoes were designed and produced by Atelier Espace in Meximieux.
