The village of Bénonces is dominated by the rocky outcrop: the rock of Cuny. This rock bears a cross which is accessible in 3/4 hour walk from the village. From there, an orientation table will allow you to admire a superb panorama of Bugey and Dauphiné.

Another exceptional point of view, that of the orientation table of Mont Frioland (1029 m) on the col de Portes. A short walk to reach the Calvaire de Portes and you can enjoy a view from Mont-Blanc to the Cévennes.

From the hamlet of Onglas, you can reach the Luizet waterfall in around 45 minutes on foot. Here, the river falls from a height of 100 m then descends in a gorge to join the Rhône.
