Parcours La Pouponne - Nature race open to all - 10 km (from 16 years old) and 250D+. A rolling and flat portion on the ViaRhona, then passage through picturesque paths bordering Saint-Sorlin-en-Bugey. Traced in the heart of the castles and varied routes in the undergrowth. Splendid views are on the program!

The Pilgrims loop - for the most demanding - 23 km (from 18 years old) and 1000D+.
After crossing the courtyard of the Durandière castle, discover the great gorge. Then varied course in the undergrowth. There, you will enjoy superb panoramas before the final descent to the village. The view of the Bugey valley is simply splendid!

The Maratrail - the title alone says it all! - 42 km - (from 18 years old). With its more than 2250D+. Same start as the Pilgrims, then head for the old quarries of the tufière, climb to the calvary of the door, admire the remarkable tree and the splendid views overlooking the Rhone valley.

The Saint So Course is also courses for the youngest.
- The Discovery Trail, not timed for 12 to 15 year olds,
- The Saint So Kids 2 not timed for 10/11 year olds
- The Saint So Kids 1 not timed for 7/9 year olds.
