Clément has taken over a playground of 4.5ha of vines in Bas-Bugey. He cultivates local grape varieties there, including Altesse and Mondeuse. The young winemaker avoids the tractor and continues to use his antique ratchet presses, always with a smile!

The vines of this young winegrower, originally from the area, are located between Montagnieu, Lhuis, Groslée and Nord-Isère (Bouvesse-Quirieu).
After pressing it the old-fashioned way, with a manual vertical press, its wine is then aged for six months in the cellars of its traditional wine house.
