Le Séchoir du Bugey, a butcher, delicatessen, and caterer, uses only farm-fresh produce, primarily sourced locally from local producers. The 100% homemade products are natural and healthy. In fact, the products are made without artificial colors, chemical preservatives, or nitrate salts.

In 2024, the butcher shop is proud to have won the title of "most original sausage in the world" with its dry sausage with Bleu d'Indrieux, another award-winning local cheese specialty, produced by the Gaec du Perce-Neigne in Arandas.

Numerous other victories have already rewarded the teams, and the approach of the dryer with three gold medals, in three different competitions: Gold Medal and Golden Sausage for the dry farm pork sausage with Comté du Jura without nitrite, at the international Saucicréor competition. Gold medal for the dry farm pork sausage without nitrite, at the Mondial Rabelais for the Best Sausage. And gold medal for the rosette of farm pork without nitrite, at the Auvergne Rhône Alpes Eden Porc competition.
