Le Séchoir du Bugey, butcher, charcuterie, caterer is located in Ambérieu-en-Bugey. He only works with farm products, mainly from local producers. The 100% homemade products are natural and healthy.
In fact, the products are made without coloring, chemical preservatives and nitrate salt.

In 2024 the butcher's shop is proud to have won the title of "most original sausage in the world" with its dry sausage with Bleu d'Indrieux, another medal-winning local cheese specialty, produced by the Gaec du Perce-Neigne in Saint-Rambert. en-Bugey.

Numerous other victories have already rewarded the team and the dryer approach with 3 gold medals, during 3 different competitions.
