BOCAL are 14 farmers from Saint Sorlin en Bugey and its surroundings who have come together to offer everyone, residents and holidaymakers, this direct sales point.
The producers, passionate peasants, run the store themselves to talk to consumers about the products they have prepared during the week and about the life of their farms. Two sales assistants will discuss preparation tips, recipes and meal ideas with you. The store is a friendly space where transparency and exchange are the key words.
The idea is to discover a wide range of fresh and processed products: vegetables, fruits, meats (beef, lamb, pork, veal and poultry), dairy products, cheeses (goat, sheep, cow), snails, wines, breads , pastries, eggs, processed vegetables and fruits, honey, jams... And the whole range is enriched by sales deposits.
