Saint-Vulbas, a successful osmosis between a deeply rooted rural past and a galloping industrial future. Flowery village, dotted with wooded parks, nature spreads out along the towpath, up to the very pretty Romanesque chapel, on the banks of the Rhône.

Saint-Vulbas is an outsider among the charming surrounding villages. However, he knew how to achieve the perfect harmony between the variety of wooded spaces and the pointillism of urban floral creations. The towpath invites you to walk along the Rhône, up to the adorable chapel of Marcilleux, testimony to a very ancient Middle Ages. The village was, in the past, the seat of an important Gallo-Roman agglomeration, many vestiges still visible attest to this.
