The cows, of Charolaise & Limousine breeds, graze in the Montellier meadows in the summer, and in winter they are fed cereals produced on the farm. Transport and breeding conditions respect animal welfare. Less than 50 km separate the meat from the consumer. A breeding that has everything right in respecting traditions and the environment.
