From Perouges to Bugey

Luisandre's Goats

Bella, Guignol and all the goats give the best milk for the organic cheeses of this self-sufficient farm in the middle of Bugey pastures. A family story continued by Marie-Pierre whose smile reflects her passion for her job.

From the goats' milk, cottage cheese is made on the farm, from fresh to dry cheeses, but also refined cheeses and specialties such as pepper or walnut.
The production also extends to sweet curds, alias Luisandre's plates. And the cooked dough which matures in 3 months will give the tomme de fromage.
Of course, the classics are also present: the log, the pyramid or the blue fondants.

But the production does not stop at dairy products, we also offer Charolais beef (cow raised on hay and organic cereals on the farm), pork fed with cheese draining whey and finally milk goat.
Sale on site and on the markets of Ambérieu-en-Bugey and Saint-Rambert-en-Bugey.
