The fruit d'Ordonnaz has existed since 1881, when the activity of the Cooperative Dairy Company began, which brought together, before the war of 14/18, nearly 60 producers from the village. It ceased its activities in 1969, the last fruiter being Marius Perret.

The cheese dairy has been preserved in the state where each stage of Comté production is detailed and the devices used identified.Coralie Villain, the new manager will be happy to brighten up your visit with her comments. The room is equipped with explanatory panels allowing visitors to visit without a guide and the objects are captioned.
