Reduced mobility adaptation
Exploited according to the techniques of yesteryear and pruned by hand, the vineyard of the Oncin cellar preserves the family know-how established in 1925 by the great-grandfather of Benoît Dumont. A tradition that continues on the 4 hectares of Bugey grape varieties.
The Oncin cellar, certified in organic farming, produces around 1200 bottles which are divided into 6 categories of wine: Chardonnay du Bugey, Roussette de Montagnieu, Mondeuse de Montagnieu, Montagnieu traditional method, Roussette d'antan, and Mondeuse rosé.
