The 115 m² house, completely renovated in 2019, accommodates 8 people, 3 bedrooms - 2 shower rooms - separate WC.
You access by the stone staircase to the living room, equipped with a large screen TV and a Bluetooth channel, which adjoins the large living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped. - At level N-1, the 1st bedroom has level access to the outside with 2 80x200 beds, a sofa bed, an adjoining shower room and separate WC. - On level N+1, you will find the 2nd bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and TV, the 2nd shower room and 2nd separate WC. - At level N+2 is the 3rd bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and 1 sofa bed The cottage is ideally designed for holiday stays with many board games and outdoor games (table tennis, petanque, football, frisbee ,...).
Many hiking trails start from the village, they will lead you through the AOP Bugey vineyards which overlook the Rhône and will cross many refreshing waterfalls as well as the Cerin peat bog. You can also take advantage of the many mountain bike trails (loan of bikes on request). 30 minutes from the Walibi Rhône-Alpes amusement park, 20 minutes from the Vallée Bleue nautical leisure centre.
You will be 1 hour from Lyon, 45 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, 45 minutes from Chambéry, 1 hour from Geneva and only 1 hour 30 minutes from the first ski resorts in the Alps.
