Mixed paragliding and hang-gliding take-off site, facing N, at the bottom of a wide valley which offers great dynamics in northerly winds. The Albarine valley channels the wind from Ambérieu. Those in a hurry make a splash before 16 p.m., the wise fly from 19 p.m. until nightfall!
Short and technical decoration. Can't stand the strong North!! Site operable from NW to NE. Good lift between 7-14 km/h for good flights with gains up to more than 300m without thermals. Beyond that, danger*!
Excellent restitution on summer evenings with very low N. No particular difficulty, except for a marked break in the slope at the exit of the takeoff: the latter is a little loose, then the wing rises and takes charge fairly quickly: gently forwards at the risk of being overtaken!
*ATTENTION: HV lines behind the decoration. Backtracking prohibited. Beware of strong winds.
