Paragliding take-off site, oriented S/W and opens onto the Rhône valley, well cleared: no worries in the air, it is rarely turbulent. Great views of the Rhône winding below and the Bugey mountains all around.

// THE DECO //
Will undoubtedly be the delicate point of the flight, due to its orientation and the topology of the relief. Good control is necessary to start the flight with a good angle of attack: the exit from the take-off is often hectic! The site is more frequented by the South with established SE: the dynamic support is then all the less good as the East component is important.
In a southerly wind, the takeoff is downwind of the thalweg and the left cliff, and in the passage of the thermal which rises from the quarry.

// THE LANDING //
not visible from the takeoff: aim for the breach in the lower cliff.
Beware common ground for hang gliders. Rest tolerated on the intermediate plate. Resting at the top (tolerated) just between the car park and the decoration is rarely problematic, roller not very sensitive.

> Flight envelope restrictions:
Areas are prohibited from overflight within 150m at all times: mainly above the cliffs, from the Bramafan cross in the north (Lagnieu) to the Villebois cliffs in the south (HT lines), via the lower cliff that you fly over while going to land.
