From Perouges to Bugey
An easy loop around Chasse mountain. Under the cover of the woods, treat yourself to a peaceful walk. The more athletic will combine the ride with the nearby Rocher de Cuny circuit (+2h return only, 6h15 for both loops).
Park in Bénonces, Cuny district, near an uphill path. At this point, turn right, blue and yellow markings and reach the "Golet du Mur".
Continue and follow the markings and go up the Combe de Janvais. From there, on the left follow the yellow markings. Thereafter, turn left again towards Combe du Lot (green markings) to complete the loop and return to Bénonces (do not follow Villebois).
From the top of the Combe de Janvais, it is possible to reach the Calvaire de Porte viewpoint by heading east (about 2h15 round trip)
