Since 2018, the Saveurs de l'Ain label has rewarded restaurants, producers and food businesses promoting the department's emblematic products.
If the gastronomy of Lyon is no longer to be presented, just next door in Ain, the very many specialties and local products make it a gourmet destination! Poultry and blue cheese from Bresse, carp from Dombes, Ramequin from Bugey (cheese), AOC wines from Bugey or even snails and artisanal beers… A succulent range bearing the “Saveurs de l'Ain” label, to be tasted everywhere from Pérouges to Bugey.
The label Flavors of Ain® has been awarded since 2018. La galette de Pérouges received the label in the first year.
